Cherry Creek Tower, a 12-story International-Style residential building, is a landmark in Denver’s Belcaro neighborhood.  Over the years the plaza, directly above the parking structure, began to show its age and ceased to be a useful and functional space.

Wenk Associates worked with the building’s Homeowners’ Association to retrofit the plaza, extending the elegance and refinement of its glass and steel exterior into the landscape.  Paving patterns complement the building facade and a series of lushly-landscaped spaces provide opportunities for social gatherings and events.
